Chastain is (or at least was) a very mellow, open ampitheatre.

I remember the two of them going one on one to fill in the lead guitar part(s) for The Other Ones. I couldn't tell who was playing what, but I did think to myself that there were some distinctly Garcia-esque* phrases coming through. It definitely hit the spot as well as anything possibly could have.

*And if that ain't one of the most pretentious adjectives you've ever read, I'll eat your hat.

Not good at all.

Hopefully the preliminary tests prove to be correct.

Damn, I was looking forward to seeing him this summer. Any thoughts on who would fill in?

I'm going to see them and Keller in two weeks. I wonder who they're going to have playing with them now.

That's what I'm wondering - I've hooked up some people to see them at Red Rocks on the 24th of next month. They hit the road again real soon. Who is available on the short notice?

I was planning on going to the show here in Cleveland, but I doubt that I will now, unless they get someone really good to fill in.
